The group members agree a general theme, eg, the Victorian Age. Each member chooses a topic within that theme that they want to research and bring to the next meeting to share with others. Topics have been wide-ranging, from the Crimean War to Rudyard Kipling, Food to Architecture, George Formby to The Depression. We try to have some fun along the way.

We have recently been covering the 1920s, 1930s and lead up to WW2.
